Can I cancel my order?
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund.
Please log in to your account and check the status of your order by clicking on ‘your order history’. If the order status reads ‘in process’ then it may be possible to cancel your order before it is despatched. If you wish to cancel your order you must email us with your name, order number and address as soon as you can.
If the order status reads ‘shipped’ then you will need to return it to us. Please click here for instructions on how to do this.
Please note that if your order has already been shipped there are items that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as earrings, underwear and swimwear.
