We do not make a profit on postage and packing charges – you are simply charged what it costs us to send your order. We will only send via Royal Mail’s registered services as they provide a tracking number for your parcel. If you’d like the tracking number for your order, please wait 24 hours after ordering to contact us. You will then be able to trace your parcel online at www.royalmail.com.
