You will be left a card to let you know that a delivery has been attempted while you were out, with details of how to rearrange delivery or where you may collect your parcel. Please ensure you do this within 7 days of the date on the card, otherwise the parcel will be returned to us. If this is the case, we will have to charge postage to re-send your order but will contact you first to arrange this.
If you are unlikely to be at home to receive your parcel, please specify your daytime address (eg. your work address) as the delivery address.
