When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 3 working days from receipt of your return for us to process your refund. We’ll let you know via email as soon as it has been processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, minus the initial shipping costs. Please note that it may take 5-10 days for the refund transaction to be credited to your account.
