Please be aware that this is a micro business, and more often than not a one person operation, so your patience is appreciated 🙏
UK orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and will be sent via a 2-3 day trackable service with a signature required upon delivery. We cannot provide next day delivery but aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.
International orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and will be sent via a trackable service with a signature required upon delivery. Please be aware that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are out of our control so please check with your local customs office for details of the costs. Delivery times will also vary by country.
RETURNS
Please refer to our size guide before ordering to reduce any need to return items that don't fit correctly 🙏
For the same reason that we are a small biz, we cannot provide a free returns service. Please also consider that our collective over-ordering and subsequent returns from online shopping have an environmental impact. (As much a reminder for me as anyone else 😬)
Unless an item is faulty, customers are responsible for any return postage costs and a trackable service is recommended.
Please email shop@girlgang.co.uk to arrange your return, quoting your order number. On receipt of your package the price of the order will be refunded to you, less the original postage costs, via the payment method used to order.
Please ensure that items are returned unused and in their original packaging with any labels or tags still attached.
